Idaho SESTA Advanced Learner Behavior Institute will offer selected applicants an opportunity to build local capacity for schools and districts. This course is a yearlong institute experience beginning with a two-day face to face launch on 8/14/19-8/15/19, in Boise and culminating with a face to face final event on 5/14/2020 in Boise. Individuals will also participate in 8 monthly 1-hour webinars and mentorship to develop fluency and practice related to behavioral coaching and competencies. Individuals will complete an online personal journal for reflection and school-based application of topics included in monthly webinars. Texts and readings will be provided.
