The USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coaching Course is a professional development activity, which provides in-service to Certified teachers and coaches for the opportunity for continuous improvement. The participants will attend both lecture and hands on practical training sessions delivered by USA Weightlifting International Coach, Michael Conroy, on the topic of proper instruction for the use of the weightlifting movements in both the sport of weightlifting and in the develop of athletes in their chosen sport activity. Participants must be registered members of USA Weightlifting. Course will be held at Columbia High School in Nampa, Idaho on October 25, 2019 - October 26, 2019.
