Fall Session 2: Recovery Yoga with Laurel- T/TH 6:00pm -6:50pm. Class starts the week of October 17th and will end the week of December 16th.

Class Description: Combines slow movements and breathwork to give your body a break and encourage muscle recovery. This low-intensity, low impact class will help relieve stress and anxiety, release sore muscles, and increase flexibility.
