Summer Session 2: TRX-Bootcamp with Ben T/TH 11:30am - 12:20pm. Class starts the week of July 5th and will end the week of August 19th.

Class Description: Build total body strength and endurance using your own body weight and a TRX suspension training strap. This class will get your heart rate up and and keep it there.
