2024 Spring Session 2: Yoga + Pilates with Julie - Fridays 12:30pm - 1:20pm (No Experience Required).

Class starts the week of March 25th and will end the week of May 10th.

Class Description:

This class focuses on core and breath work for a feeling of well-being and to reduce stress.  In order to progress from one movement to another, this class will be repetitive with the goals to improve strength, flexibility, control, and balance.  To enhance awareness of body control, there will be an emphasis on proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, and smooth-slow flowing movements.
