The 2024 meeting is scheduled for March 17-21, 2024, in-person and online (see the agenda below for detailed times). The RP Executive Committee and your hosts at the University of Hawaii are looking forward to a productive meeting with lots of opportunities for engagement.

Registration and Other Fees

• Meeting Registration (In-person Full Meeting, Reception, Banquet, and Technology Sessions, March 17-20):  $150
• Meeting Registration (Virtual Only): $100
• Extra Banquet Ticket (for Guest, March 18): $75
• Field Tour (optional, March 21):  $40
• Registration for Technology Training Sessions Only (no RP meeting): $0

Hotels

Hilo Hawaiian. To reserve, call the hotel at (808) 935-9361. You may  also mail or fax the hotel (see reservation form). The hotel will collect a deposit at the time of reservation, which is refundable up to four days before the reservation. Rooms must be booked by Thursday, February 15, 2024 to get the discounted rate.
