The 2025 meeting is scheduled for May 12-15, 2025, in-person and online (see the agenda below for detailed times). The RP Executive Committee and your hosts at the Texas A&M University are looking forward to a productive meeting with lots of opportunities for engagement.

Registration and Other Fees (Closed for in-person as of May 9, 2025)

• Meeting Registration (In-person Full Meeting, Reception, & Banquet, May 12-14):  $250
• Meeting Registration (Virtual Only): $100
• Extra Banquet Ticket (for Guest, May 13): $50
• Field Tour (optional, May 15):  $25

Meeting Location

• Y.O Ranch Hotel & Conference Center, Kerrville, Texas

Hotels

• There is a room block at the Y.O. Ranch Hotel & Conference Center. The rate is $109/night. Use this link to book your room.

• There are also several hotels within walking distance (0.25 miles or so) with lower and higher price points including Hampton Inn, La Quinta, Days Inn, Quality Inn, and Motel 6.

Traveling to the Meeting

• Airport Information:

  • San Antonio International Airport (approx 60.8 miles from hotel)

  • Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (approx. 103 miles from hotel)

• Travel to/from Airports
  • We are looking into carpool options from the San Antonio airport. If you are interested in carpooling via rental car (driver or passenger), please share your arrival and departure date/time.
  • There are also several private airport shuttle companies available.
