The 2026 meeting is scheduled for May 18-21, 2026, in-person and online (see the agenda below for detailed times). The RP Executive Committee and your hosts at the University of Wyoming are looking forward to a productive meeting with lots of opportunities for engagement.

Registration and Other Fees (Closed for in-person as of May 4, 2025)

• Meeting Registration (In-person Full Meeting, Reception, & Banquet, May 18-20):  $200
• Meeting Registration (Virtual Only): $100
• Extra Banquet Ticket (for Guest, May 13): $40
• Field Tour (optional, May 21):  $10

Meeting Location

• University of Wyoming Coe Library (May 19) and University of Wyoming Laramie Research and Extension Center (LREC) (May 20)

Hotels

Traveling to the Meeting

• Airport Information:

  • Recommended: Laramie Regional Airport.
    LRA offers commercial service via United Airlines. 

  • Denver International Airport. While it may be cheaper to fly in/out of Denver, please note there is no ground transportation between DIA and Laramie and the drive is roughly 150 miles (2.5-3 hours each way).

• Travel to/from Airports
  • There is a shuttle from the Laramie Airport to the Hilton Garden Inn.
  • If you are interested in carpooling via rental car (driver or passenger), please share your arrival and departure date/time.
  • There are also several private airport shuttle companies available.
