Intramural Sports Refund Policies:

All sales are final for Intramural Sports registrations. Refunds for Intramural Sports registrations may be reviewed/provided on a case-by-case basis to be determined by the Director of Intramural Sports. All refund requests must be directed to Ben Sturz (bsturz@uidaho.edu).

Kids Camps Refund Policies:

Cancellations must be made at the Student Recreation Center or by phone 208.885.7057. If a cancellation notice is received by the Monday prior to the start of applicable camp, a refund will be provided. Recreation and Wellbeing cannot issue refunds for partial sessions or prorate camp fees for campers who join or cancel midweek of a camp. There are no penalties for camps or activities cancelled by Recreation and Wellbeing.
If a family needs to cancel due to becoming ill with COVID-19 or a camper/family member is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, we will be flexible and work with the families to do what we can.

Group Fitness Refund Policies:

Cancellations must be made via emial or phone sent to Ben Sturz (bsturz@uidaho.edu, 208-885-2204).
If a class date is cancelled a prorated refund will be applied for the value of that cancellation.
If a class does not meet minimum required enrollment numbers a full refund will be provided.
If a participant requests to withdraw their registration before the initial start date of a class, a full refund will be provided.
If a participant requests to withdraw their registration within 2 weeks of the start of a class, a prorated refund will be provided.
No refund will be provided for withdrawal from a class after the first 2 weeks of operation.

Personal Training Refund Policies:

All sales are final and requests for refunds will only be accepted based upon medical necessity, or in case of significant emergencies. Documentation of medical necessity or other emergencies may be required to request a refund. All refund requests will be reviewed and completed on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests must be directed to Ben Sturz (bsturz@uidaho.edu).
