Seedlings sales for Fall of 2024 and Spring of 2025 are now open!

Our 2024-2025 seedling catalog is now available on our website: https://www.uidaho.edu/cnr/center-for-forest-nursery-and-seedling-research/pitkin. Our catalog includes our seedling pricing, shipping rates, order policies and frequently asked questions for quick reference.

Notes for ordering seedlings online:
1) If you order a species for a fall shipment that is indicated as a Spring Only Species (will be highlighted in yellow in description) those seedlings will be removed from your order. See Spring Only list below.
2) Bulk order discounts will not be applied to online orders at the time of ordering (see price list document on our UI webpage or catalog for pricing). The discount will show up as a refund to the original payment method when your order is processed.
3) You must select a shipping date or pick up week when you place your order as a part of checkout of the checkout process. You will not be reminded when this date is approaching. The selected date can be changed but we need at least a weeks notice to do so, otherwise we will not be able to accomadate your request. It is your responsibility to contact us.
4) If you place an order for spring shipment with incorrect quanties (5, 10 or 20 depending on seedling size; see each individual species for details), your order will be adjusted down to the correct size or cancelled depending on the size of your order (Example: if you order 6 seedlings of a size required to be in multiples of 5 it will be reduced to 5 OR if you order 2 seedlings, your order would be reduced to 0). Please pay attention when ordering, it saves your time and ours when you order in the correct quantities.
5) If you have any questions regarding ordering policies, please review the 'Seedling and Shipping Prices' document or our catalog on our UI webpage.
6) If we are sold out of a species and you would like to be placed on a waitlist, please email us and we can add you to a list to contact if/when we have more seedlings come available after our finalized inventory following packing. There are no guarantees of seedlings if you are on the waitlsit. If the species is no longer listed on our website (vs saying "Sold Out"), we are sold out completely for Spring 2025. The next time to order (for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 would be September 1st, 2025).
