Notes for ordering online:

Spring Only List If you order a species for a fall shipment that is indicated as a Spring Only Species (will be highlighted in yellow in description) those seedlings will be removed from your order. See Spring Only list below.

Bulk order discounts will not be applied to online orders at the time of ordering (see price list document on our UI webpage or catalog). Your original payment method will be refunded when your order is processed.

Shipping Date/Pick Up Week As part of the checkout process please select one of these options when order is placed. You will not receive a reminder when date approaches. The date can be changed, but one week is needed and you will be responsible for contacting us, or we cannot accommodate the request.

Quantities You must order 5, 10, or 20—depending on seedling size (see individual species for details). If you place an order for spring shipment with incorrect quantities your order will be adjusted down to the correct size or cancelled, depending on order size. (Example: If you order six (6) of a size, required to be in multiples of five (5), it will be reduced to five (5). If you order two (2), your order would be reduced to zero (0).

Please pay attention when ordering, it saves your time and ours when you order in the correct quantities.

Waitlist If we are sold out of a species and you wish to be placed on a waitlist, please email us. We can add you to a contact list if/when we have more availability after our inventory is finalized following packing. There are no guarantees. If the species is no longer listed on our website we are sold out completely.

Nine Digit Zip Code If you do not have a nine digit zip code (i.e. xxxxx-xxxx), please enter 0000 for the last four digits to bypass the program's formatting requirement. If you are still having issues, please email seedlings@uidaho.edu with your order.
