Bicycle Level of Service GIS Toolbox

Bicycle Level of Service GIS Toolbox The Bicycle Level of Service GIS Toolbox contains tools to assess a rating of how appropriate a roadway is for bicycle travel. The tools are based on the 2010 Highway Capacity Manual. The toolbox includes three spreadsheet tools and fourteen geographic information system (GIS) tools compatible with ArcGIS 10.0 and ArcGIS 10.1. The toolbox was created for the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD). Employees of ITD and public-employees communities in Idaho can obtain the tools without cost by contacting ITD’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Coordinator, email: ITDBikePed@itd.idaho.gov .
